Before sharpening, our process includes cleaning and inspecting each tool for damage or excessive wear. This ensures that we can meet and exceed your expectations when servicing your knives.
Our knife sharpening process utilizes a low-speed diamond wheel, preventing any heat damage to the blade. In addition to enhancing sharpness, if there's any pre-existing damage to the knife, our method includes repair during this process.
